2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 376, 379/34 of the I.P.C. and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he took the minor girl to his house and committing rape to her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is love affair between the victim and petitioner. After marriage the victim has lodged the false case of rape against the petitioner. Petitioner has no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner and the victim supported the prosecution case in her statement and medical report also corroborate the occurrence of rape.
6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties as well as the serious allegation against the petitioner which is supported by victim, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) khushbu/- U T
