The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended while he had snatched a bag of a passenger at the railway platform. Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.04.2019. Considering the nature of allegation and age of the petitioner as 19 years and period already undergone by him as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49952 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sonepur (Hajipur) Rail P.S. Case No.57 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
