JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 It has been submitted that the petitioner who is defendant no.3 before the court below had filed a petition on 26.04.2017 praying therein to pass necessary order in the light of the admitted fact placed before the court below by the petitioner. The said matter is being adjourned without any rhyme and reason. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let a report be called for from the court below showing reasons for not disposing the said petition and also about the time to be taken in disposing of the said petition.

Issue notice to all the respondents by speed post for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks from today. List the case immediately after receipt of report from the court below.
