The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.08.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.31446 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.94 of 2009, pending before the learned SDJM, West, Muzaffarpur, and for correction of number of partition suit as "Partition Suit No. 334 of 2009" in stead of Partition Suit No.332 of 2009". On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let in the fourth paragraph of the order dated 03.08.2015, the "Partition Suit No.332 of 2009", be read as "Partition Suit No. 334 of 2009" and the date of surrender be extended by four weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

The order dated 03.08.2015 stands modified to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45009 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
