The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the injuries has been caused by sharp cutting weapon on the head of the injured persons, other persons also suffered injuries, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
