JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner states that the outstanding amount of Rs. 2,28,409/- has now been received by the petitioner and the grievance of the petitioner to that extent stands redressed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner however, states that some amount by way of deduction at the rate of 5% made from the bill as well as security deposit has not been refunded. In absence of any averment made in this regard in the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to grant any positive direction for the same. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the respondents for the same.

3. The writ petition stands disposed.
