2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 21 (a) of the NDPS Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , total 5.3 grams of heroin , Rs. 3200/- cash was recovered from house of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is recovery of aforesaid heroin from house of this petitioner.
