2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 16.03.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 12240 of 2016.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
