No. 43645 of 2015, which was dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 20.10.2016.

It is stated that there was a delay of one day in complying with the peremptory order passed by this Court. The delay caused was not deliberate rather, it was because of the inadvertence by the Clerk in calculating the date. Be that as it may, on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the prayer is allowed. Cr. Misc. No. 43645 of 2015 is restored to its original file.
