No.9877 of 2008 has not been complied with, this application has been filed for initiating action for contempt. From the supplementary counter affidavit filed by the respondents it is seen that the petitioner has been reinstated in service

Patna High Court MJC No.836 of 2017 dt.02-08-2017 2/2 vide order dated 19.5.2017 subject to and till final disposal of S.L.P. No.923/15 which is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at the instance of the State Government.

Keeping in view the aforesaid affidavit filed indicating reinstatement of the employee concerned, pending disposal of the S.L.P., no further action is required to be taken in the matter. In case the petitioner has any grievance after disposal of the S.L.P., filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to initiate proceedings afresh in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, for the present, finding no indulgence to be made, the application is disposed of.
