2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 dated 07.05.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/ss 66B and 66D of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have engaged in Cyber Crime and disclosed that they would give advertisement over facebook regarding loan from Dhoni Finance from fake I.D. and mobile number and used to cheat people. It is further alleged that mobile phones, five ATM cards, Aadhar card and PAN card,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 23.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46389/2024. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
