2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent(s) to forthwith release his due remaining salary amounting to Rs.59,930/- along with compound interest.

3. Learned Advocate for the State, at the outset,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13495 of 2025(2) dt.01-09-2025 2/3 submitted that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court for identical relief(s) in C.W.J.C. No.17104 of 2015, which came to be disposed off vide order dated 03.12.2018, directing the Employment Unit concerned to ensure payment of due salary within fifteen days. On account of non-compliance of the order, afore-noted, the petitioner had preferred M.J.C. No.156 of 2019 and the learned Court taking note of the fact that the petitioner has already been paid salary for the period from April 2014 to June 2015 and from July 2015 to April 2016, disposed off the contempt petition.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner, at this point, interjected and submitted that yet some of the due salary has not been paid to the petitioner; the descriptions of which have been duly mentioned in para-3 X. of the writ petition.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner had already approached this Court and the relief has already been accorded, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.

6. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach before the authorities concerned, if there is still any grievance.

7. In case, the petitioner approaches the authorities
