2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 282 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 323/ 307/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, altogether 19 persons are said to have surrounded the informant and his wife and they assaulted them. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely Rajesh Kumar granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 46749/2021 dated 21.12.2021, Virchandra Rai in Cr. Misc. 47340/2021 dated 28.02.2022 etc. The petitioner is said to have member of mob and he is in custody since 07.06.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-XII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.
