2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. For a trivial dispute, petitioner and other coaccused persons have killed the deceased by cutting his neck. Petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2024.

4. During investigation, sufficient material has come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has participated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64181 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 killing of the deceased in a brutal manner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
