JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420/384/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The police got information that some miscreants are extorting money from the truck pliers on the referred National Highway. When the police reached at the hotel of Munna Singh, Munna disclosed that petitioners and others were involved in the offence aforesaid.

Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the case-diary would reveal that

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua/Successor Court in connection with Durgawati Police Station Case No.196 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
