JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Taking into consideration that there has been use of firearms by son of the petitioner, some persons suffered firearms injuries, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
This application is dismissed.
