ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 457, 354(A)(I)(II), 354(B), 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, the Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below and if the Court is satisfied that after compromise had taken place, it shall pass appropriate orders in the light of compromise.
