It appears that vide order dated 16.11.2021, the application with regard to petitioner no. 3, namely Subodh Sah has already been infructuous and this application is now restricted to petitioners no. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 respectively. The petitioners no. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
