JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506, 429/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have fired causing injury on the left hand of the informant.

The petitioner submits that the injury is simple in nature.

As the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below (Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City) in Daniyawan P.S. case no. 22 of 2015 and prays for regular bail, the same would be disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
