Mr. P.N. Shahi- Aag6 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Siwan to register the sale deed executed by the petitioner with regard to Plot No.2124 of Khata No.88, Area 1.86 decimal.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners presented the sale deed but the Sub-Registrar did not register the sale deed.

I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Siwan that if the petitioners present the sale deed

Patna High Court CWJC No.11911 of 2017(3) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 for registration, the Sub-Registrar would either register the sale deed or pass reasoned order refusing to register the sale deed within four months.
