The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. CIII 354 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics. Further submission is that the alleged recovery of the illicit liquor has been made from garbage situated backside of the house of the petitioner, as is evident from seizure list. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. He is a man of clean antecedent.
