2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of Information & Technology Act.

3. The petitioner and other persons are involved in cyber fraud of Rs. 1,59,700/-. The petitioner is sister-in-law of co-accused Najoom Akhtar, who was using the bank account of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59611 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 case. The regular bail of the co-accused Najoom Akhtar has already been rejected. The petitioner is in the family way and has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner is a female and also considering the fact that she has clean antecedent and she has been made accused because of illegal activities of her brother-in-law(Dewar), this anticipatory bail petition is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran in Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
