Mr. Manish Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board has produced before this Court the original answer sheets of the petitioner of three subjects, namely, Chemistry, Physics and English. It appears that scrutiny has been done and no change has been found by the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner is also present and she does not dispute that these are her answer sheets. She is, however, not satisfied with the evaluation done.

However, on perusal of the answer sheets, no case for a direction to the Board for re-evaluation is made out.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12123 of 2017(4) dt.30-10-2017 2/2 If the petitioner has not filled up her examination forms for the next examination, she shall be allowed to fill up the examination forms, if it is not impermissible under the Regulations of the Board.

This application is accordingly disposed of.
