2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

4. However, the petitioner, if so advised, he may surrender before the trial Court within four weeks till then no
