2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)c, 21, 22, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. On search, 500 gm. Brown colour substance, 5 gm. Ganja, cash of Rs. 290/- and mobile phone were recovered from possession of co-accused Md. Rubel Saikh and he disclosed that he was going to deliver narcotic substance to one Afridi @ Lakho, who is son-in-law of petitioners and lives in the house of these petitioners. Thereafter, search was made in the house of petitioners and cash, drone, mobile phone, Aadhar Card, Voter ICards and PAN Cards were recovered.
