Quashing Annexure-9 order of selection of Respondent No. 6 dated 29.04.2022 as Anganbari Sevika in Uttari Parsurai Anganbari Centre Code No. 89, Karai Parsurai, District Nalanda inasmuch as she was neither daughter nor daughter-in-law and has applied for selection with false, forged and fabricated documents.

Issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent CDPO Karai Parsurai, Nalanda to forthwith issue letter of selection to petitioner and allow her to join the same III. Consequentially Resolutions No. 1 to 3 of the Aam Sabha dated 29.04.2022 (Annexure8) whereby and whereunder objection of the petitioner to tentative Merit List dated 27.07.2020 which was to be sort out and redressed by the Child Development Project Officer, Karai Parsurai within one week i.e. by 02.08.2020 is rejected after more than 21 months in Aam Sabha dated 29.4.2022 by Magistrate-cum-Cooperative Extension Officer and Ladies Supervisor wrongly and mischievously stating by Aam Sabha, whereas no such resolution was brought in the Aam Sabha nor has been discussed in Aam Sabha nor passed by Aam Sabha."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
