2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 102/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 126(2),115(2),303(2),85,352,351(2),3(5), of the BNS and Section 3⁄4 of DP Act.

3. The present case relates to matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 who are husband and wife. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting and ousting the opposite party no.2 from her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52846 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/3 matrimonial home for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to resolve the dispute amicably by way of mediation.

5. In such circumstances, the matter is referred to the District Mediation Centre, Siwan for amicable settlement between the parties.

6. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Court on 19.08.2025.

7. Learned District Court is directed to issue notice to the concerned parties. Thereafter, the learned District Court will fix a date of appearance of the parties before the learned Mediator.

8. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months.

9. In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case.

10. In case of failure to appear before the learned District Court, as well as, the learned Mediator of the District

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52846 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 3/3 Mediation Centre, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall lose its force.

11. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
