The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Balia P.S. Case No.100 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case on account of land dispute between the parties and injury sustained by the informant side is not on the vital part of the body, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the

No.63930 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S. Case No.100 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
