The present Writ application has been filed to cancel the part of the order of allotment of land through Purcha with regard to Khata No.58, Plot No.132, Tauzi No.9324, Thana No. 184, situated in Mauza - Hiyadpur, measuring an area 8 Katha, District - Khagaria, which is the raiyati land of the petitioner. However, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for disposal of the Writ application with a direction to respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Mansi, Khagaria, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.11652 of 2017(2) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 submitted on 26.11.2015, as contained in Annexure-1 for redressal of the grievance.
Considering the confined prayer of the petitioner, the Writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Mansi, Khagaria, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2015, within a period of eight weeks, on production/receipt of a copy of this order.
