2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioners for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 405 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against these petitioners is that they assaulted the informant and his son due to which they sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they have been falsely implicated in this case and have committed no offence. He submitted that there is an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56181 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 admitted land dispute between the parties and the injuries sustained to the informant and his son are simple in nature. Petitioners are a person of clean antecedent and they are in custody since 02.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioners have clean antecedent, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 405 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
