The petitioner has filed this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No.2, Jitendra Singh vide order dated 05.07.2017.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P. No.2 duped the informant and many others but he entered into compromise with the informant, Nitish Kumar. On the basis of which, he was granted anticipatory bail.

Having considered the fact that since the case was compromised with the informant and on consideration of the aforesaid facts, the O.P. No.2 was granted anticipatory bail, I do not find any ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. No.2.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
