Patna High Court CWJC No.14079 of 2022(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 Lal Muni Devi, the spouse of Freedom Fighter pensioner Late Bihari Chaudhary contained in Annexure-6 while directing the Respondents to pay the pending amounts of arrears of freedom fighter pension to the petitioner, the sibling of Late Lal Muni Devi which due was with effect from April 2017 to July 2020."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
