The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6802 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Barhra (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No.491 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
