2. Though the petitioner had moved the Court for various reliefs but after some arguments, he submitted that he has filed representation before the respondent no. 8 on 20.07.2017,

3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 8 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 20.07.2017, and dispose off the same by a reasoned order, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him.
