This Court is surprised at the order that has been passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram. He has mainly rejected the anticipatory bail application on the ground that it is a simple case of lawlessness. The only allegation is that the petitioner is alleged to have caught hold the hand of the informant's daughter and allegedly abused the informant calling his caste name. There is nothing to support either of the two. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks, the above named petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45224 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 95/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
