There happens to be an allegation against the appellants to have made criminal trespass, dispossessed the prosecution party, spread chilly powder and lit fire in the house as a result of which, the same along with house hold articles gutted.
From bare perusal of the written report, the allegation happens to be specified the ingredients of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and in terms thereof, is found non-maintainable in the background of Section 18 of the Act whereunder anticipatory bail is found debarred.
