The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2736(C) of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 307 and 440/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's son was taken by the accused persons for electric works but due to electric current, he sustained injury and he became unconscious. He was brought to the hospital from where he was referred to Medical College, Katihar and his arm was removed. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was released on police bail. Hence, at present, the
