====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is that while the informant was coming to his house by tractor along with labourers, the petitioner and his brother Rajesh Singh stopped the tractor, assaulted the informant and abused him by calling caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and there is no injury report on the record. Considering the nature of accusation, let the

No.44838 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
