Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 423 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner used to work in the garaze of Md. Israil and after knowing the illegal work of Md. Israil, he left the work and due to that he has been implicated in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., -1, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 423 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
