The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Khaira P.S. Case No. 129/2015, instituted under sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 324, 307, 379, 452 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is pointed out that first from the side of the petitioner an F.I.R. was lodged on 10-11-2013 against the prosecution party for offences under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code in respect of an incident that took place on or about 9-11-2013. It is in retaliation thereto that on 13-11-2013 a complaint was filed, which having been sent to the police for investigation in terms of section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the present F.I.R. has been registered. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45227 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 allegation, it is submitted, is nothing but about the snatching of mobile and altercation when its return was demanded. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks, the above named petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 129/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
