JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 06.12.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15739 of 2017, the District Magistrate, Darbhanga has already passed a reasoned order dated 26.10.2019, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid submission made by

Patna High Court MJC No.2999 of 2019(4) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, while disposing off the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 26.10.2019, if so advised, by taking recourse to the due process of law.
