The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 308, 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 504, 506, 379 and Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, there is allegation against the petitioners of commission of assault and theft. Considering the background and nature of allegation, let, the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail
