In view of the statement made by Upendra Yadav, the Superintendent of Police, Arwal is directed to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. However, he will also keep in mind the observations made during the proceeding on earlier occasion, when he was present in the Court. Every angle or lead available should be dealt with properly by the investigating team. The Superintendent of Police, Arwal should

The Superintendent of Police, Arwal, will also examine the supervision note of the Dy.S.P. from which it appears that several persons have stated that if the petitioner withdraws the case then the boy can be returned. It is made clear that if the investigation still does not continue in right direction, and nothing happens after closure of this case, then the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
