2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section-309(4) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. According to FIR, two unknown criminal on Bajaj Pulsar bike stopped the informant and his brother-in-law on the point of country-made pistol and snatched Rs. 10,000/- and a mobile set. On outcry raised by the persons of the vicinity, the people assembled there and the petitioner was arrested.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, prior to this case, an argument
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54297 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 was taken place between the parties for overtaking and road rash and due to that reason, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this false case. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 31-01-2025.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025.
7. Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
