The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tarabari P.S. Case No.75 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner assaulted the informant with dabiya and incised wound was found on the head of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury is simple in nature, but it appears that a long incised wound was found on the head of the informant. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
