ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the Judgment and order dated 22.10.2013 passed by the Special Judge, Vigilance-I, Patna, in Special Case No. 31 of 2013, by which he has affirmed the order dated 26.7.2013 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Patna, in Vigilance P.S. Case No. 28 of 2013, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.

Having gone through the inventory, the Petitioner is satisfied that he confine his prayer to release of articles mentioned at item Nos. 58, 59, 60, 61 and 82, I see no reason to disallow such a prayer.

In view of such, the Court below is directed to release such articles on Petitioner furnishing adequate sureties in its regard

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.770 of 2015 dt.10-05-2016 2/2 within next three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The application stands disposed off.
