The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Darauli P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Ram Awatar Singh, the informant alleged that due to land dispute his co-sharer Rabindra Singh earlier killed his younger brother on 03.11.2015 for which his brother Radha Krishna Singh lodged a case against Rabindra Singh @ Ravi Singh. Rabindra Singh was pressuring his brother to compromise the case. It is further alleged that Rabindra Singh, his wife, wife of Surendra Singh and wife of Ghanshyam Singh came to his house and began to abuse. On 18.04.2016 his brother was sitting near

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41270 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 water plant situated in Bawana Chatti Ravindra Singh @ Ravi Singh shot at his brother Radha Krishna Singh and Radha Krishna Singh died on the spot.

It appears that on the date of occurrence, the petitioners, who are ladies, are not present with Ravindra Singh the assailant of Radha Krishna Singh. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
