The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was carrying Rs. 8.1 lacs on his motorcycle, it is stated that three accused persons on another motorcycle dashed their vehicle against the vehicle of the informant as a result of which he fell down. He was thereafter assaulted with the butt of a pistol and the accused persons having snatched the bag containing the cash, escaped.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against three unknown.

No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession and inspite of being in custody since 6.2.2021 he has not been put on T.I. Parade. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession and the petitioner has not been put on T.I Parade inspite of being in custody for 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case no. 570 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, Sherghati, Gaya.
