2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 324, 504, 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 / 12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, when the victim was coming from the school, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Pankaj Kumar started teasing her and thereafter, on the same day in the evening, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons assaulted the informant with sharp sword causing injury on his right thumb and right arm.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57934 of 2024(4) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the case and has specifically stated that this petitioner teased her and thereafter, he alongwith others assaulted informant. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.
