14-09-2016 Heard Sri Dudheshwar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 27. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 1628 of 2015, which stood dismissed due to part non-compliance of peremptory order dated 20-01-2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the order dated 20-01-2016 passed in M.J.C. No. 1628 of 2015 was only partly complied with. He submits that the error has occurred inadvertently.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present restoration petition is allowed with a condition that order dated 20-01-2016 passed in M.J.C. No. 1628 of 2015 must be complied with within two weeks, failing which, M.J.C. No. 1628 of 2015 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
